Small Lives

It is a small life, but it is the life that we have chosen or that life that has chosen for us. All the small victories and various sized loses make up the heart of a small life. All of us, living our small lives together, each doing what we do make up civilization. In the final analysis, it really is a small life: but it is all we have.  And we are probably all the better for its size.
